Cancellation Policy
Our service policy is designed to provide a seamless and fair booking experience for all clients. To confirm an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance at the time of service. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of cancellations due to inclement weather, clients will not be charged a rescheduling fee. We are committed to accommodating such circumstances and ensuring safety for all parties. All appointments must be scheduled through our online reservation system. This policy helps us manage our calendar effectively and maintain the highest level of service for every client.
