Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival Policy • Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled treatment to avoid delays for other guests. • Full treatment time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. No-Show Policy • Missed appointments without notice will result in the treatment being forfeited. • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Plan Validity • All treatments included in the plan must be used within the designated month and do not roll over to the following month. Referral Reward Policy • Referral rewards are issued after the referred guest completes their first paid service. • Rewards have no expiration and may be applied toward treatments, products, or promotional offers. • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Promotion & Upgrade Policy • Plan services cannot be substituted for cash or other services. • Service upgrades may be available for an additional fee. Health & Safety Policy • Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, illnesses, allergies, or skin concerns prior to their appointment. • If a client is unable to attend their scheduled appointment due to a medical reason, one (1) complimentary reschedule will be allowed. • A second reschedule for medical reasons will require a doctor’s note to waive cancellation fees or treatment forfeiture. • For the safety of both clients and staff, guests who arrive with illness, fever, or visible skin infections will be asked to reschedule their appointment at no charge. Services may resume once the client is fully recovered. • Appointments affected by severe weather conditions will be eligible for a complimentary reschedule. • The spa reserves the right to modify or decline services if a treatment may compromise the health or safety of the client or therapist. Right to Refuse Service • The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, late arrival, or failure to follow spa policies. Policy Acknowledgment • Booking or purchasing the plan confirms acceptance of all spa policies.
